REGISTRATION
is restricted to companies with 4 or FEWER employees.
The
current ANNUAL FEE for REGISTRATION is $75
/ year.
There
is a one time ADMINISTRATIVE SIGN UP FEE of $30.
- Checks
and Credit Cards (Visa, MC, AmExp and Discover) are accepted.
- Invoices
will be emailed upon request.
- If
you would like to pay by CHECK, payment must be received prior
to registration.
